Parks

Precinct 3 is home to 70 beautiful parks, including three signature parks – Jesse H. Jones Park, Mercer Botanic Gardens, and Kickerillo-Mischer Preserve. These green spaces are conveniently located across the precinct from east to west and offer a variety of amenities that include game fields, dog parks, hiking trails, fishing, exercise equipment, botanic gardens, canoe access, playgrounds, and more. Go for a jog, participate in one of our many park events, or just enjoy the outdoors with your family or furry friend. The options are unlimited when it comes to exploring Precinct 3 parks.

Park Programs is dedicated to connecting people to nature by providing outdoor recreation and environmental educational opportunities throughout Harris County Precinct 3, including fishing, nature walks, woodworking, and much more. Click here to register.
