  • STABILITY W/BALANCE BALL – Combination of lower and upper body exercises improving the core strength and stability. 

    Bring a balance ball.

  • CARDIO TONE/ASK THE TRAINER  – Continuous workout focusing on cardio endurance.  Bring a set of light dumbbells (5-8 lbs.)
  • TOTAL BODY STRENGTH/NUTRITION DISCUSSION – Standing and floor exercises improving overall strength and stability.  Bring a weighted bar (at least 15 lbs)
  • ASK THE TRAINER & NUTRITION DISCUSSION –  What to eat pre and post workout, Open discussion with the trainer on anything fitness and wellness related, Latest health news & research discussion.
